Wax appointments must be self cancelled 24 hours in advance online under your account/email. Full amount will be charged for booked service if you cancel less than 24 hours away. No cancellation for Microblading. Declined cards will be blocked to future bookings. NO EXCEPTIONS.

FULL CHARGE Late Policy

Maximum late time is 5 mins WITH notice. FULL CHARGE NO EXCEPTIONS & service will NOT be provided as it is unfair to take up my next clients' service time to accommodate your tardiness. Repeat tardiness will be blocked to future appointments.

BOOKING FEE PERMANENT MAKEUP

This is required to get an appointment, non-refundable and goes towards service total. $200 deposit per appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS as this could've been booked by someone else.

RESCHEDULE FEE PERMANENT MAKE-UP

Each reschedule is $75, based on availability. Follow ups are within 6-8 weeks, null after 8 weeks.
